Happy Mother's Day

I meant to have this all ready to post remotely early this morning, but while getting ready for the trip this is one of those things that slipped through my fingers. So to all of you who are mother's, step mother's, anyone who has acted as a surrogate mother, anyone who shows motherly love to another, , or anyone who had a mother figure in their lives at any time . . .

And especially to Mom,

                 Happy Mother's Day, Y'all!

  3. Love the picture! I've been reading some of your old posts, Anne, and you have some really good recipes. I have a couple I hope to try within the next couple of weeks. My Mother's Day was nice- church and then soninlaw cooked daughter, myself and family a nice meal. He's an excellent cook. My California daughter and GD were here last week so that was a great gift and then she and family flew to DC to spend a few days with my son. GD turned 3- she's so smart and cute; just wish I got to see her more often but they are flying back in late July/early August YAY!
