  1. Sounds like you have a well-stocked freezer. :) I really should do a freezer inventory, myself. Thanks for the reminder!

    1. I pretty much always have a well stocked freezer, but I am trying desperately to unstock it before the rapidly approaching summer veggie season hits!

  2. I always mean to make pineapple vodka but haven't. Now that we have Aldi, though, pineapples are frequently cheap enough to justify that little project. I'm salivating just thinking about it!

    1. I am mostly trying to get rid of stuff I froze at the end of last summer. The shame is mine for not using it all along, and I do this every blooming year!

  4. Wow, a lot of activity in your freezer. Another month like that and you should be good to go for the summer influx.

    1. I hope so! I got rid of one gigantic space hog this week and should be able to use another in a few days. Just in time to start filling it again?

  5. I'm so glad that you didn't die. I would have been very upset if a breakfast bowl killed you.
You know, I might eat more fruit if it was infused. Something for me to think about!

    1. Years ago I used to read and keep odd obituaries. One guy was killed by Eskimo Pies. (Ok he was actually driving a forklift and the load of Eskimo Pies fell and crushed him) I thought it would be great for a theme funeral and everyone could come dressed as an ice cream vendor.

Yep, that infused fruit has a real kick to it. I think in a couple of weeks I might have to try peach infused vodka or rum. Unsure yet which so maybe both!
