I meant to have this all ready to post remotely early this morning, but while getting ready for the trip this is one of those things that slipped through my fingers. So to all of you who are mother's, step mother's, anyone who has acted as a surrogate mother, anyone who shows motherly love to another, , or anyone who had a mother figure in their lives at any time . . .
And especially to Mom,
Happy Mother's Day, Y'all!
And especially to Mom,
Happy Mother's Day, Y'all!
A very Happy Mother's Day to you too.
ReplyDeleteHappy Mother's Day! Cute picture of proud mother and precious baby. Your mother and you?
ReplyDeleteYes that is Mom with me.
DeleteLove the picture! I've been reading some of your old posts, Anne, and you have some really good recipes. I have a couple I hope to try within the next couple of weeks. My Mother's Day was nice- church and then soninlaw cooked daughter, myself and family a nice meal. He's an excellent cook. My California daughter and GD were here last week so that was a great gift and then she and family flew to DC to spend a few days with my son. GD turned 3- she's so smart and cute; just wish I got to see her more often but they are flying back in late July/early August YAY!
ReplyDeleteI will agree that getting to see your GD is the best gift in the world. So glad you had a wonderful week/day!
DeleteLove this picture of you and Nell. Hope you enjoyed your time in NY and had a lovely Mother's Day as well. Your eyes in this picture have never changed!! It is a beautiful image.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much! It was a really good trip and now I have to get everything washed and pack again for Thursday's trip.
DeleteAre you not just the cutest baby!
ReplyDeleteThat cuteness was fleeting, trust me!
DeleteLovely picture of your Mom and you! Happy Mother's Day!
ReplyDeleteThank you Bless.
