The Bard said it best in his play "Twelfth Night"
"If music be the food of love, play on"
Let's skew his meaning a bit and see just where the love of food and the love of music takes us.
I fall off it with quite regularity. Really hard to stay on it today, surrounded by delicious and rich dairy products-grilled cheese, cheese curds, malts, at my friends farm. I reconciled my guilt with the fact I was "working'.
Brownies are my biggest weakness. There is always a Ghiradelli brownie mix in the pantry and sometimes I just have to make it to stop taunting my by making it.
I was told to get off the wagon when I started chemo. Unfortunately, they forgot to tell me to get back on it after the chemo stopped! I tell you, it was so much easier to diet when I didn't have an appetite and didn't like the taste of what I was eating!
Just catching up after my holiday. I got back from Greece today and am absolutely dreading getting on the scales tomorrow morning. Yikes. All that wine didn't help either and then I bought tons of chocolate when I flew through London - ostensibly for my sons but we'll see! Back on the wagon tomorrow methinks. Anna

So eating 10 large cookies was not the right things to do yesterday?
