What A Set Of Pipes!

This is one of those under appreciated Christmas tunes. Darlene Love has a killer voice and the sax in this is just fantastic

Meal plan for the week:
None, whatever happens happens. We have plans to go out with friends or family several nights this week and any other meal will be whatever I can scrounge together quickly. This is the week before Christmas and I intend to enjoy it fully.

    I read the Wiki page on Darlene Love and what a sorted story her career has had. In my other life, I would want to be a back up singer. I love harmonies and would not need to be the lead. Also, in my other life, I would also have the talent to do this. :) The sax reminded me of my school days when I played tenor sax in the jazz band. That was long ago and far away...

    Another new song for me! I'm going to follow your meal plan for the week! I sort of have an idea of what to make, but, with my daughter home, we are just going to enjoy some food from out, as well (we don't go out to eat, but, get take out to bring home and eat).

    Enjoy the run-up to Christmas!
    The Home Alone movies are my grandson's absolute favorite Christmas movies (all year round). Thanks for sharing this artist with us.

    I saw her maybe 5 years ago (maybe longer) at small NYC venue - she was amazing!
